Cash Fuel Customers click HERE to order fuel. If you are paying for your fuel prior to delivery you do not need to fill out the below new customer form. The form below is if you are setting up an account with payment terms (i.e.- Budget, Auto Delivery, etc)

  • I authorize Thompson Oil Company/Hardell Corporaton to run a credit check using the above information for the purposes of setting up an account with this provider.

  • I hereby certify that the statements and information in this application form are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and I authorize Thompson Oil to verify all statements or other information contained in this application form, unless I have stated in writing to the contrary.

  • I release all parties and persons from any and all liability for any damages that may result from furnishing such information to Thompson Oil as well as from the use or disclosure of such information by Thompson Oil or any of its agents, employees or representatives.

  • I authorize Thompson Oil to place data from this application into its data management system.

  • Account terms are 30 days. Outstanding balances are subject to a 1 ½% per month finance charge.
